2024/2025 Hockey Skater/Adult Registration

Welcome to the 2024-2025 Skater Registration with Fond du Lac Blue Line!

If you are a new member with Blue Line, please create an account at the bottom of this page after carefully reading all the information.

If you are a returning member, please login with your account.


USA Hockey Requirement

Each Hockey Player must register first with USA Hockey and then return to this Registration Session to signup for the 2024-2025 Season.

  • Step 1: CLICK HERE to go to USA Hockey Registration and register your player(s). Be sure to PRINT and SAVE their confirmation code(s). Remember to register EACH of your players with USA Hockey. Each player must have their own unique USA Hockey confirmation number.
  • Step 2: Return to this registration and proceed. Later in this registration session you will need to enter the USA Hockey Confirmation Code that you received in Step 1.

Cash Raffle Information

This registration session will allow you to sign up for Hockey Programs, or Adult Member.  Please read through each page carefully to ensure that your information is provided accordingly.

  • Each family is required to pick up and sell 40 @ $10 raffle tickets ($400). 
  • 2024-2025 will be a cash raffle. 
  • Pick-up dates for raffle tickets will be emailed and/or posted on the website.

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or checking account information available. 

If you are registering more than one athlete in your immediate family this season, you will only be required to pick up a total of 40 raffle tickets for a total of $400, regardless of the amount of athletes you are registering.  You're required to return your ticket stubs and payment to Blue Line prior to the drawing.

In order for the registration system to recognize that your immediate family is registering multiple players, please register all of your players at this time.  On the Review Page, there is a link near the bottom to "Register Another Player" - please click on this link to ensure that all of your family's players are registered within the same order. 

Failure to do so will result in a forfeiture of your family's discounted rates.

Blue Line Boosters Tickets

The Fond du Lac Blue Line has included two tickets ($25 A Ticket) to the 2024 Blue Line Boosters Fundraiser! Each ticket gives our members entrance into the Blue Line Boosters event and their choice of dinner. This event is filled with hockey and figure skating members and amazing raffles and games. 

Volunteer Information

All existing Fond du Lac Blue Line Club Members are required to donate 30 hrs of volunteer time per season, per immediate family, for club functions. (First year Learn to Skate skaters & Intro to Hockey players are 10 hrs are required per season) The season hours start on May 1 of the current year and go through April 30 of the following year. Volunteer opportunities can be found on our web site at fdlblueline.com under the Dibs tab, opportunities will also be listed on bulletin board through out the season. It is the members responsibility to check the website to make sure all their hours are accounted for. If your hours are not posted correctly, please contact the chairperson of the event you worked and find out why. Any volunteer hours not worked will be charged back to the family listed on the sign up page at a rate of $30.00/hour. The balance of this invoice will need to be paid prior to the start of the next season.

  • Allows for non-skaters to be eligible for our Board of Directors

  • DOES NOT ALLOW FOR RINK A OR B USAGE
  • Does not include Private Lesson Rink Fees

Payment Plan Option

  • Volunteer & Concession stand buyouts are not included in payment plans and must be paid in full at checkout.
  • 25% is due on initial registration
  • Remaining four payments are split equally on 8/1, 9/1, 10/1, and 11/1
  • If you register after one of the four payment plan dates, that percentage is rolled into the initial registration of 25%. 
  • Example of $400, $100 at registration prior to 8/1, then $75 on 8/1, $75 on 9/1, $75 on 10/1 and $75 on 11/1
  • After each date payment plan date, that percentage amount is rolled into the initial payment.
